1. To find out spots around you using 'Around me' option from home page
2. To check-in to a spot and receive coupons and offers
3. To comment your experience and share it friends near by and in facebook/twitter

What is around-me?

Around me is a feature, which helps to find popular spots around you. You can search using spot category, city and distance.

What is around-world?

Around world is a feature, which helps to see existing Tiploca users activities, comments, check-ins etc

What is spot?

Spot is a happening place. It may be a Hotel or Park or Pub or Shopping mall etc..

What is coupon?

Coupon is discount offer pushed by Spot owner. You can use that coupon when you check-in to the spot and get discounts.

What is spotlight?

Spotlight is a feature of spot. It show cases the today's special in a particular spot.

What is bestfor?

BestFor is a feature of spot. It lists best activities you can do with your friends and family in a spot.

What is comment?

Comment/Photo is something personal to you. You can add your comments/photos to any spot you visit.

What is checkin?

Check-in is a process in a spot. You need to check-in to a spot to use your coupon and add your comments/photos to a spot.

Why should i checkin?

To add comments/photos to a spot and use your discount coupon.

What are checkin-gifts?

Check-in gifts are virtual gifts which you will receive on check-in to a spot. The more you check-in, you will receive better gifts in a spot.

How to add my comments and photos to a location?

From your mobile, Check-in to a spot and add comments/photos.

Can i add my own spot?

Yes. You can add your own spot.

Can i take ownership of a spot?

Yes. You can take ownership of an existing spot by going through claim process. You can find a "claim this spot" link in all spot pages.

How to use this service for my business?

Tiploca is a marketing, coupon distribution and consumer collaboration tool for local business. Helps you to
1. List - your business in customer mobile phones
2. Receive - enquires, comments, ratings from customers
3. Push - coupons and welcome messages
4. Analyze - customer patterns and walk-ins

Is it FREE?

All the business services are FREE except push coupons services. Business owners will get charged for each coupon push.

How to send coupons to my customers?

1. Login into your account
2. Go to the specific spot
3. Click manage link
4. Click 'create and send coupon' link and send coupon
Note: Make sure, you have sufficient balance in your spot account to send coupons.

How to recharge my account?

1. Login into your account
2. Go to the specific spot
3. Click 'recharge account' tab, select the rechargable amount and recharge.

Can i add my business?

Yes. You can add your business in Tiploca.

Can i add multiple business spots to my account?

Yes. You can add multiple business spots to your account.

How to update my business information?

1. Login into your account
2. Go to the specific spot
3. Click 'spot info' tab, and update the information.

My business spot is already added, How to claim this spot?

1. Login into your account
2. Go to the specific spot
3. Click 'claim this spot' and send your claim request

I am not happy with a comment posted by customer, Can i dispute or delete?

1. Login into your account
2. Go to the specific spot
3. Click 'Tips' tab
4. Select the concerned comment and click the dispute link next to it and add your dispute
5. Your dispute will appear immediately next to the comment in red.

How to measure my customer patterns?

1. Login into your account
2. Go to the specific spot
3. Click manage link
4. Click 'spot statistics' tab, and see your customer pattern reports.

What about Cancellation and Refund Policy for business owners?

Yes. Please check the Cancellation & Refund policy page in the bottom of the page
